Chhaya Satpute has overall experience of 40 years in various disciplines of IP Laws. She holds a Masters Degree (Physics) from the Nagpur University, Nagpur. She heads the Nagpur office of AM Legal. She is advisor of several SMEs, Academic Institutes and individual innovators. She has been involved in IP trainings, patent drafting, IP audits, IP portfolio management. She is one of the privileged persons in the IP fraternity of India who contributed to the development and building of IP oriented technological development of India. She advises on IP Portfolio management, IP Audits, Commercialisation of intellectual property, IP infringement and enforcement of IP. She advises clients regarding patentability of inventions, India and PCT patent prosecution.
