We all would be in a far better position if we follow above tips while working in the cyber space. Remember that no bank calls their customer unless there is specific request raised by the customer. One should always keep in mind that he has right to ask any caller about his identity. One must confirm if he is really calling from the claimed source. In case of any doubt about caller one should immediately inform the details of the caller’s cell number and the details of his discussion to the nearest police station or the Cyber Crime Cell of that place over phone, by email or personally meeting the police.

These preventive measures are very effective. However, if someone still falls prey to such a cyber crime then that person should immediately lodge a complaint with the police station of appropriate jurisdiction which intern would connect the victim to the Cyber Crime Cell of that place. Generally, the complaint should be made in the nearest police station situated near the bank in which the victim had his account. One should understand that the Cyber Cell would definitely help identify, punish and convict the criminal. But in case of cyber crimes, the criminals might operate from across various corners of the world. It is very difficult to capture and convict a criminal operating from some remote country. Hence, let us take on the preventive way to combat the cyber criminals.
